ברשותי תואר ראשון בכלכלה וחשבונאות מאוניברסיטת בן-גוריון ותואר שני בניהול מאוניברסיטת פוליטכניק בניו יורק. לאורך השנים רכשתי הכשרות נוספות בתחומי המנהיגות, הייעוץ הארגוני והאימון, מתוך מחויבות להמשיך להתפתח ולשלב בין חשיבה אסטרטגית להעצמה אישית.

אני רואה בכל אתגר הזדמנות לצמיחה, ומאמינה שבשילוב של חזון, גמישות ופעולה מדויקת – ניתן להגיע רחוק. בין עבודה, משפחה וחיים דינמיים, בעלי שמוליק וילדיי, עלאי וליה, מזכירים לי בכל יום את החשיבות של איזון, תשוקה והתפתחות מתמדת.

My name is Mira Golan. I am an experienced senior executive and leadership mentor with a strong background in global business management, financial strategy, and organizational development. Over the years, I have held key leadership roles in multinational companies, managing complex operations, strategic planning, and high-performance teams across diverse industries.

With extensive experience in senior management and general management, I have successfully led cross-functional teams, developed business strategies, and implemented large-scale organizational initiatives. My expertise includes team development, leadership mentoring, financial oversight, and driving operational excellence in dynamic environments.

Beyond my corporate career, I have expanded my focus to personal and professional growth, coaching executives, teams, and individuals on leadership, resilience, and career transitions. I firmly believe that continuous learning and self-awareness are key to unlocking one's full potential. Through my coaching and mentoring approach, I integrate strategic thinking with personal empowerment, helping professionals and organizations thrive in ever-changing landscapes.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University and an MA in Management from Polytechnic University in New York. In addition, I have completed executive training programs in leadership, coaching, and organizational consulting, allowing me to bridge the gap between strategic management and personal development.
