אני מירה גולן, Executive Coach עם ניסיון של 15 שנה בתפקידים בכירים בחברות בינלאומיות.
במשך למעלה מעשור וחצי הובלתי צוותים, ניהלתי תהליכים מורכבים וקיבלתי החלטות אסטרטגיות כCFO ומנהלת פיתוח עסקי בחברות גלובליות. עברתי את האתגרים הניהוליים הקשים ביותר מבפנים - לחץ ביצועים, ניהול שינויים, בניית צוותים, הובלת צמיחה.

היום אני מביאה את כל הניסיון הזה לליווי מנהלים וצוותי הנהלה.
הגישה שלי
אני מאמינה שאין פתרון אחד מתאים לכל ארגון. כל חברה, כל צוות, כל מנהל הוא עולם שלם עם האתגרים הייחודיים שלו. לכן אני עובדת בגישה מותאמת אישית, שבה אני מתאימה את עצמי לכל ארגון ולכל אתגר.

I'm Mira Golan, Executive Coach with 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles at international companies.

For over a decade and a half, I've led teams, managed complex processes, and made strategic decisions as CFO and Business Development Manager at global companies. I've been through the toughest management challenges from the inside - performance pressure, managing change, building teams, leading growth.

Today, I bring all that experience to coaching executives and leadership teams.
