ABOUT ME :)

My name is Mira Golan. I’m a Certified Public Accountant CPA (ISR), and a member of the prestigious Institute of CPAs. I specialize in providing businesses of all sizes with the growth and development strategies they need to reach their goals. Finding your way in a crowded business environment is challenging without any direction. With my business strategy consulting expertise, I help companies navigate a changing competitive landscape with a winning strategy.

I have an extensive background in education and real world experience. I have Bachelor’s Degrees from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Accounting and Economics along with a MA Management degree from Polytechnic University in New York. I have participated in a number of management training and development programs at the Lahav Management Development, Tel Aviv University. Apart from my formal education, I also have over 13 years of professional experience, holding Finance and Management positions with a variety of companies across different industries, allowing me to develop a diverse range of experiences.

Economics is my strong suit, although I do have several years of experience working in consulting and business development, financial management and ongoing business management. Also, I have enjoyed holding positions related to management including accounting, financial management, strategic management, consolidation and implementation of relationships, and collaborations. I have never been one to shy away from learning new skills, and my expertise and knowledge in commercial systems, mergers, and acquisitions, accompaniment and management have helped me in my pursuit of helping global organizations grow.

My husband Shmulik and children Ilay and Lia are the driving forces behind my passions. They fuel me each and every day and remind me that all of the hard work is worth it in the end. We're all paving our own way, and we are all responsible for our successes and failures. As long as we have a driving force behind our success, the journey is much less confusing, and growing and developing is easy.

אני בוגרת תואר ראשון (B.A) בחשבונאות וכלכלה מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב. בוגרת לימודי תואר שני (M.S.M) בניהול מאוניברסיטת פוליטכניק ניו יורק. בוגרת מכללת גישות לייעוץ ארגוני וליווי מנהלים ובוגרת מספר תוכניות הכשרה ופיתוח מנהלים מטעם להב פיתוח מנהלים, אוניברסיטת תל אביב. מאחוריי מעל 13 שנות וותק וניסיון מקצועי בתפקידי כספים וניהול במגוון חברות בענפי המשק. אני בעלת הבנה והתמחות בתחומי כלכלה, ייעוץ ופיתוח עסקי, ניהול פיננסי וניהול עסקי שוטף אשר כולל חשבות, ניהול כספים, ניהול אסטרטגי, ביסוס ויישום מערכות יחסים, שיתופי פעולה, מערכים מסחריים, מיזוגים ורכישות ,ליווי, הובלה ונהול תהליכים עסקיים חוצי ארגון התומכים בצמיחת ארגונים גלובאליים.

אני נשואה לשמוליק ואמא לעלאי וליה היחידים והמיוחדים שלי, הם הכח המניע – הדלק שמזכיר לי כל יום מחדש שבסופו של יום אנחנו כולנו סוללים את דרכנו, אחראים להצלחות ולכשלונות,מרוצים יותר, מרוצים פחות אבל סה"כ עושים דרך. דרך אותה עלינו להוביל בכדי לעשות מה שאנחנו אוהבים וטובים בו. להנות, להגשים, להצליח והכי חשוב תמיד ללמוד, לצמוח ולהתפתח.
